Professor Justin Vance is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Justin Gonzales and Matthew Gallagher. His martial arts journey began with wrestling in West Virginia before serving over 20 years in the U.S. Army, where he completed advanced combative training and helped establish multiple Jiu-Jitsu and combative programs across the country.
Justin began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2007 and spent years competing, coaching, and mentoring students of all ages. Throughout his military career, he taught and developed programs in Hawaii, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, South Korea, and Washington.
After 17 years of dedication to the art, Justin earned his Black Belt in 2024 and is now the co-founder of Grind Jiu Jitsu in Elgin, Oklahoma. As a retired Command Sergeant Major, he is passionate about building a safe, family-friendly environment where students can develop confidence, discipline, and lifelong skills both on and off the mats.

• 6:30–8:00 PM – Adult No Gi/ Wrestling

Saturday:
• 10:00–11:00 AM – Kids No Gi (switching to Gi starting June 1st)
• 11:00 AM–12:00 PM – Kickboxing (Mat 2)
